Picnic and a swim

So today after what seems like WEEKS of rain and cool weather the sun FINALLY came out. So when Daddy got up, Mommy said that we were gonna do something special and should get our suits on. Hmm, I wonder what it could be. Mommy buzzed around the house to get things together since this was a last minuet thing. While Daddy loaded us in the car. Us big kids were sure we were going to Virgina Beach and thought it was gonna be a long drive. Little did we know our long drive turned into a two minuet drive. Mommy says it was 2tenths of a mile what ever that means. We ended up at Comet Pond! We were all so excited. Even Aiden although he didn't know what to expect. We unloaded and found a picinic table to put our stuff on including our picinic lunch. Then the boys dug in the sand for a few minuets. Kylie on the other hand made a B-line for the water. She loves to swim!

Uh-oh Daddy got me, guess I shouldn't have thrown water at him!

Oh I like splashing!
Uh-oh I got sand on my hand!

Look out Momma, I'm gonna splash YOU!

Kylie is like a little Fish She loves to swim!

After a few minuets the boys decided that Kylie looked like she was having way to much fun for us to miss out on swimming so we made our way in. Although we were a little nervous about it. Collin is always nervous with swimming, but once he was in he found his BRAVERY and LOVED it. Aiden liked it too, but didn't understand who made the tub so cold, and why he was still dressed. Silly baby! We all ended up having a good time and enjoyed swimming. Although Kylie definatly liked it the most. She's the better swimmer, but don't tell her the boys said that!

After we swam and splashed around in the water for an hour or so we headed up to the table to enjoy a picinic lunch that mommy had packed. Mommy said it was nothing special, just sandwiches, chips and a drink since this wasn't a planned thing. But we thought it tasted Awesome. We gobbled our food right up. Daddy said that swimming must have made us hungry because he's never seen us eat so fast! Come on Aiden, lets go have our picinic!

Dress Up and Ultrasounds!

Cinder-Kylie!

As you can see, the kids have been having a ball playing dress up! Collin Loves Pretending to be either a Knight or as you can see in the Pic a Pirate! Kylie of corse LOVES dressing up as the princess that we all know she is...or thinks she is! Latley it's been Cinderella. Or Cinderbella as the kids call her. LOL!

Also this week, to be exact today ( Wed june 10th) I went for my 20 week Ultra Sound. I always LOVE these. You'd think that seeing this is my 4th baby that it would be old hat, but it never gets old seeing the baby move around . The Ultra sound confirmed that yes it is another BOY! Which I am thrilled about, although do admit I feel a little bad for Kylie being stuck with all those boys. Anyway, now that it is confirmed it's a boy we just have to buckle down on a name. We had thought his name was gonna be Gabe as most of you know, but Matt changed his mind the other day. So we are back to searching. We have a couple contenders picked out, but I think that this time we've decided to keep them to ourselves till he is born. We'll see how that goes. Seeing someone in the family tends to be a big mouth. Who am I trying to fool you all know it's me! LOL! Anyway we think we might keep the name a secret till his born but we'll see how that goes.

Davis Farmland and Our new "Playground"

For Christmas, Nana and Papa gave us (Collin and Kylie, a season pass to Davis' Farmland in Sterling MA. So after lunch on Sunday since it was so nice out and Daddy was off four-wheeling Mommy decided that she would take us. It was our first trip there and none us knew what to expect. It's basically a great big petting zoo, with a few extra's like a play ground area and a water park. Mommy didn't know that was open yet or she would have brought our suits. Oh well, next time. Anyway, we bought a feed cup for us to share, and Kylie also got to do a pony ride. Collin didn't want to do it or we would have gotten a ride too! Although the boys did enjoy it, Kylie definatly had the best time. She LOVED feeding the animals, and the highlight definatly was the ponyride! Collin was happy just looking at the animals but didn't want to pet them. Aiden tried feeding them a few times, but kept forgetting to keep his hand open so the animals could actually get the food! Mommy says we'll go again real soon and do the water park as well, when Daddy can come with us. We can't wait. Especially Kylie

We also got a new swing set this weekend. Well it's new to us. A family in town was nice enough to give us their's since the kids in the family are teenagers now and no longer use it. Uncle Rick came over on friday with his truck and trailer and he and Daddy went and picked it up for us. We could hardly wait to get to play on it. Daddy pressure washed it off and by the time it had dried, it started to rain so we never got the chance to play on is Friday. Saturday we were gone all day. But Sunday we had a ball on it!

We LOVE our new "Playground" Set!
